Hello TCS Families,
This week is Parent Teacher Conference Week. We can't wait to connect with you about the start of the school year and your child's success. If you have not reserved a time slot, please contact your child's homeroom teacher.
7th and 8th graders had a wonderful trip to Quebec City at the end of last week. TCS makes this trip every two years, allowing a chance for every student to attend in middle school. The trip offers the opportunity for students to practice using the French language in an authentic setting, reinforces social studies content, and exposes students new cultural experiences. While crossing the boarder, TCS students were told by boarder patrol officers that they were the patient and respectful student group they had encountered. Our students were open minded and pushed themselves to step outside of their comfort zones in a safe environment with the support of their caring teachers. Thank you to the larger Tremont community for supporting our school and ensuring TCS have opportunities such as this.
The TCS Costume Parade will take place on Friday, October 30, 2026 at 2:15PM. We welcome families and friends to join us. As you help your child prepare, please ensure that the costume they wear is school appropriate. This may mean that they save their Halloween costume for trick or treating on 10/31 if it does not meet the requirements for our PK-8th grade school. You can find guidelines below. Thank you for your help with this.
Warmly,
Jandrea True, Principal
